It may not be the biggest of sports centres, but they are good. they have a wide range of classes for adults (from pilates to aerobics, running club, circuits, the gym itself); badminton courts, football club for kids.

And space to rent out for parties and sports events in general.

I've been a member for quite some time, mainly for the classes, and certainly find it better value than other gyms around the place. It is less than £30 a month for full use of the gym and classes, which is really good. OK, so nothing fancy, but if you go to the gym to keep fit, it's spot on (and not full of people "posing!)
