A community and games site for people for love to play. Playaholics excels in it's handling of weekly competitions, prizes, statistics and scoreboards as well as a virtual currency, P-Nuts.
Chickstop
A community and games site exclusively for girls. Women in gaming is an ever growing area of interest and Chickstop is one of the few websites aimed at girls who love to play casual games.
Time Out Eating & Drinking Guide
The first subscription based website for Time Out, this project involved a great deal of work behind the scenes to convert data stored in Quark documents into the best searchable index of restaurants in and around London, updated weekly.
Time Out
Working as part of a small team of developers to maintain and extend the website for this world renowned publisher which makes use of Axkit, XML and mod_perl to deliver over 2 million page hits each day.
UpMyStreet.com
Brought fresh content in the shape of Transport, Education and Childcare sections. Also led a review of the code base that successfully integrated the web, xml and print versions of the site, with a goal of creating secure, self-describing and extensible code.
SomersetOnline on Sky
Developed a version of the successful SomersetOnline portal for Sky digital television.
SelfTrade
Created two new products for this on-line share-dealer, namely ISAs and Funds, both instrumental in bringing in new revenue and customers at a time when the stock markets were depressed.
Heidi
A web-based call management system developed for Selftrade, used to catalogue and monitor staff requests and IT support duties, written using OO PHP and Sybase.
Sundridge Park Golf Club
Working as part of a team, much of this website was created using PHP and MySQL, allowing its members an easy way of updating scorecards, social calenders, and match reports.
