Used by IT Support to meet SLA and fix daily hardware/software problems, HEIDI was christened with such a complex anachronism that sadly no-one is really sure what it stands for.

Main interface:
HEIDI's main interface, colour-coded according to each tickets' status. From here the user can keep up to date with pending tasks, and also carry out some administrative tasks, such as generating weekly statistics.

Ticket interface:
Keeping up to date with an open ticket. HEIDI can be set to email a number of alerts such as when a ticket is created, dealt with or closed.
