this is great news that electricians are beginning to see a change in their skill requirements and that people are beginning to look to greener power.

I'd be interested to know the number of people in any country who are installing solar panels, whether it be to heat water or generate electricity, and how long does it take them (in real life rather than sales sheets) to see a return on their investment?
