A brilliant health food shop in Dartford - they are on the side of Iceland, near the bus stops.

They have everything you could need - from teas to pulses, plus homeopathic remedies, specialist foods such as non dairy products (even an unsweetened soya yogurt, which is a god send for us... our son can't get enough of it) and lots of supplments etc.

Apparently their provision of refills for Ecover products is pretty unusual (although I've used it for years, so have taken it for granted)

The staff are knowledgeable and sometimes they have alternative practicioners on site that you can book to see. On more than one occassion I've gone in with a problem (ranging from lethargy to a swollen hand, to infantile ezcema) and they've always suggested something that's worked.

It's a real aladin's cave of a resource in a rather suprising place
