one of my all time favourite ethical shops....
OK, so the company is based in the north east, which is where I come from, so I am slightly biased, but it was one of their amazing shops in Newcastle that first got me into buying recycled products and organic and fair trade goods about 15 years ago. So, I suppose that in a way TraidCraft are partially to blame for my current lifestyle! They do lots of foods, gifts, clothes, paper.... some lovely things, all fairtrade and lots of the food is organic. I've had loads of their clothes over the years - always slightly unusual, great quality and really nice to wear.
They set up some of the first cooperatives in India and Africa to produce goods for their shops.
