How do you feel about pets in the house?
I have a cat inside but my partner does not like this at all.
Do you keep pets inside?

My Dad is asthmatic and has some issues with keeping pets in the house. I once had a ferret, of all things, and it lived in a hutch in the garden. I'm convinced that this his claims to pets making his asthma bad are false though since he had a load of dogs and cats for pets when he was a kid...
I'd like a pet cat at some point though, I reckon.

Being asthmatic myself I've found that my own cats (after the first 3-4 weeks of bad hayfever like symptoms and my asthma driving me crazy) are fine (yes, if i stroke the cat then rub my face I'm irritated, but who isn't?) but not with other people's cats. You definitely build up a resistance to your own animals if you have sufficient exposure to them.
