Sombrero Fallout 904c2f2f-4e79-40b4-8830-16b4909b1948 The wearer of this fallout will receive many funny looks, but there can be no doubt that this is truly a king Sombrero in a world reduced to poor imitations.
Well, there was chard in our box this week, so I've cooked it for the first time. I just used it like spinach, although it didn't go as soggy as spinach tends to (it was in a cheese sauce). It was fine - nothing spectacular.
The thing that I was impressed with was the colour - although the leaves were green, the stalks were a combination of bright red and yellow, so it was a really colourful plant. It's said you should try to eat all colours at a meal time, well we did just with the chard!
