hello i was wondering since vegitarians dont get alot of protein because the main source of protein from meat is gone, is it okay to take protein supplements to maintain your protein levels? or are there other ways of getting protein like beans and cheese? I suggest not to depend in food supplement all the time. I prefer the natural way of supplementing protein in our body. There are many foods rich in protein such as chicken, fish, pro, beef, lamb, cheese, burgers, soybeans and more. Eating these foods really help. Infact, these food are good to eat and affordable.
