Whilst it's good to promote healthy living through healthy eating, I'm not so sure that this research is worth paying attention to. Sure, more fruit and veg is good news but it doesn't discuss what cut and packaged fruit loses, namely its freshness. Reply to this article / Report this article

sounds like another worthless goverment study - like, d'oh! The common sense factor says that right up front!
