A nurturing and supportive group which is beneficial to mother and baby. These classes are a great way to meet other new mums and bond with your baby.

Each class includes:

Baby massage; yoga based exercises; relaxation; breastfeeding support.

Organic tea and cake are served are served at the end of the class and there is plenty of time to discuss common issues such as sleeping, weaning, postnatal depression, transition into motherhood, family dynamics and where the day goes!

Please bring a cushion or pillow, a blanket and a yoga mat (please let me know if you need to borrow one) and wear loose comfortable clothes.

Group meets Wednesday mornings 10am to 11.45 near Ringwood during term times. Cost £8 per class, payable per half term.
