Newly opened (not just refurbished, but rebuilt) in June 2005, they've got really impressive facilities and a class list to go with it - everything from aquanatal to bodypump and everything in between, plus badminton courts etc.

All with the use of an ofsted approved creche for parents..... so there is no excuse at all for not going to the gym.
