6 week Kundalini Yoga Beginners Course. 9 Sept - 7 Oct 2010. 1 pm - 2:30 pm, with Khalsa Kaur in Brighton.

We will explore this fascinating sacred technology to unlock the potential of mind, body and spirit. We will move and stretch dynamically, meditate and relax to beautiful mantra music. There will be sets to get in touch with the breath, work on the stress response, balance the chakras and magnetic field, and build strength and focus. You will be given plenty to inspire you at home too! Suitable for beginners as well as those wanting to deepen their yoga practice. Mats provided.
