Hi! What are some of the best Eco-friendly cleaning products you can buy? Does anyone have any favorites that they suggest? Starting on Spring Cleaning and would love to know some new products that are safe to use. Reply to this

A few ideas that were passed my way were to:
    1) Make an antibacterial spray with a ratio of 1 cup water and 20 drops of pure essential lavender oil
    2) Use baking soda as a cleaner for counters, etc.
    3) White vinegar and/or lemon juice are good for shower scum and tarnish

Let me know how they work for you!

    Great ideas Happy!
I would also like to include:
1)washing shower curtains/bath rugs and letting them air dry
    2) washing windows- use a squeegee to dry and wash with a vinegar and water solution.
3)Tea Tree Oil is also antibacterial.
4)I also like to make room fresheners with essential oils-I like to blend orange and lavender-in a spray bottle with some water.

Just making the house feel gresher by opening doors and windows works a treat.

And clean mirrors and pictures in the same way as windows.
