Hi does anyone take or drink wheat grass on a regular basis? What is some of the health benefits?

I was wondering this also. I saw some at the store yesterday. It was organic wheatgrass, came in a tub. Looked like something my cat would like to snack on. :)
I have heard of people putting it in their smoothies. Any other ways to consume it?
