Anything except iceberg. Iceberg has very little nutrient value, and many people can be alergic to it.

I like the baby greens mix. It has a variety of lettuces and greens. Tastes good with a vinaigrette type dressing. My little ones both like salad. Although they prefer romaine lettuce.
