As with the Somsertonline website, this Sky service uses SOAP and XMLRPC to communicate with each of the partner councils in real time. Users can inform the relevant authorities of their intention to move house, and also check, authenticate, cancel or edit their details whilst the process is ongoing. The Unified Services Directory also uses XMLRPC to query Tamino databases and return details of council services.
