Because BeautifulSoup really is that nice to work with, since it really does solve so many problems and turn scripts that I would like to write into ones that I *want* to write, here’s another example of how easy it is to write simple screen scrapers when the normal tools fail you:
Fotopic backup. A dead simple python script that backs up alll your fotopic photos onto your hard drive. 40 lines of code :D
