Small company based in Newcastle upon Tyne servicing local home users and small buisness. Networking, repairs, re - con machines, updates, security, broadband providers, micrsoft registered partners, new builds, installationa and tuition.

It may only be a small team, but their support is really good - I've had a number of issues they've helped with and it's always been done really efficiently and friendly. I much prefer to have the option to have someone to come out and help if I have an issue - it's reassuring. No more call centres thousands of miles away that can't see my screen!
