PCAN is run by a group of people that live in and around Portsmouth, Hampshire, UK and who have concerns about eco-issues in the city.
Portsmouth is a city that will be threatened by sea level rises over the next 100 years and more. Recently the group organised a Climate Festival in the city that attracted a lot of interest, with local eco businesses attending and promoting their products, such as clothing, cycling products, fairtrade, veggie oil powered cars and electric scooters.
