Lots of people go to teh doctors complaining of bycling pains. However people do not know that most of these injuries are produced from imporper cycling. Some tips to aviod injuring yourself whne biking is to make sure your saddle is level, put your handlebar in teh right position, riders need to have a 35-40 degree kneee to pedal angle, after a crash bikers should reset all their parts, riders should keep their rpm to 80-105.
