Hello i found some cool information about low calorie drinks and teens. It turns out that teens who drink low calorie drinks are lesslikely to become obese becasue they do not have to count calories. There was a study conducted which showed how teens who drank low calorie drinks weighed less then people who drank regular sugary dirnks. Low calorie drinks provide a great low sugar subsitute for teens and also allows them to lose weight. Some other ways of cutting back is to switch all plates and glasses to a smaller size.
