Located in Dartford Central Park (so REALLY easy to get to by public transport) have a number of indoor and outdoor training sessions and runs that they organise. If you're interested in running, at any level, it's worth checking the site out and the session times.

I run around Dartford park at least once a week and there are often runners on their track, plus people running around the local streets, obviously part of the club.

Checking out the site they have close connections, may be even "run", the Dartford Half Marathon.
