We have invited financial experts and experienced entrepreneurs to discuss their insights, tips and pro's and cons' of raising finance from banks, business angels and venture capitalists.

Our experts include:-

• Gary Moore, from the Lloyds TSB Commercial Banking�will give you an overview of the range of bank finance options available from opening an account, to managing an overdraft or taking out a loan to grow your business.

• Angels Den is changing the way we find suitable investors and opportunities. Their dedicated team gather together the latest business ideas and present them to people serious about making equity investments in a user-friendly way; these include entrepreneurs trying to obtain business funding and small business finance as well as private investors looking for exciting business ideas to invest in.

• Monique Dall’Occo, Social Enteprise Officer from Commensse Team at Croydon Voluntary Action. The Commensse Team offer free advice on finance and funding for social enterprises/entrepreneurs in Croydon, amongst many other services. Monique’s focus will be on social enterprise funding opportunities and how to successfully access grants.
