I once 'performed' at the Royal Albert Hall. I was a spider in a rendition of Noah's Ark, so I've had a long affinity with the venue ;-)

This was a Black Crowes gig on my birthday, so, given the date and my history with the Royal Albert Hall I was looking forward to it. Sadly, though, we were way up in the seats at an awkward angle and felt totally disconnected from the entire event. Every song was jammed out to 30 minutes or so and it was hard to feel like a part of the show. I think it was the last time I saw Marc Ford until 2006. I've got bootlegs of this night and it was amazing. Rule of thumb - get standing tickets for the Royal Albert Hall or be prepared to be apart from the action.
